When you join Mind-Body Reset: 21 Days to Alignment, you’ll receive a structured, trauma-informed experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and reset emotionally and physically. Participants gain access to daily intentional movement with tiered options (gentle, moderate, or advanced), a supportive private community group chat for accountability and encouragement, and guidance to help build consistency and self-awareness over 21 days. Those who choose the paid option receive the full digital workbook with deeper reflection prompts, two optional virtual support group sessions led by a licensed professional, eligibility for challenge prizes, and downloadable resources to support alignment beyond the challenge.
