For clinical mental health support, therapy services are available through my clinical practice with LifeStance Health.

Policies

To help create a consistent and respectful therapeutic and coaching experience, please review the following policies before booking:

Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and missed appointments will result in loss of prepayment.

Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive a dew minutes late to your scheduled session, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to honor the next client’s appointment. There is a 10-minute grace period, after which, your session is cancelled.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Intake Forms
All required intake paperwork must be completed before your scheduled session to avoid delays or rescheduling.

Confidentiality
Your privacy and confidentiality are a priority. All therapy sessions are conducted in accordance with professional and ethical confidentiality standards, except where disclosure is required by law.

Coaching Disclaimer
Coaching services are not therapy and should not be used as a substitute for mental health treatment, diagnosis, or crisis intervention.
